Bunkhouse Cabin

This beautiful Bunkhouse is convenient to UT, Smoky Stadium, Thompson Bowling Arena and Downtown Knoxville. And only a short 30 min drive away is Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Located on the Gilreath Farm estate and very private with amazing views of the 150 acre farm. The Bunk House has 7 bedrooms with king bed in master, 2 queen beds, and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There are three bathrooms and a large game room downstairs with access to a back patio. The interior has been custom decorated to give you that instant down home feel where you will want to kick your feet up and just melt into the couch. Enjoy wood floors and charming southern touches throughout.

The Horse Farm

The Horse Farm is located on the Gilreath Estate and very private with amazing views of the 150 acre farm. There is 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 bathroom. The interior is decorated with southern charm and made to be the perfect place to relax.
