Located on the Gilreath Farm estate and very private with amazing views of the 150-acre farm. The Bunk House has 7 bedrooms with a king bed in master, 2 queen beds, and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There are three bathrooms and a large game room downstairs with access to a back patio. The interior has been custom decorated to give you that instant down-home feel. We consider smaller non-shedding pets. Also, MUST be pre-approved by KT Cabins. We charge a pet fee in these cases and approve prior to rental. What if we discover a non-authorized pet or pets in your property? We will charge the renter a $150.00 cleaning fee per pet regardless of who the pet belongs to. Please refer to your contract.
