This is a beautiful, unique converted barn complete with western décor that will make you want to cowboy up. It is convenient to UT, Smoky Stadium, Thompson Bowling Arena and Downtown Knoxville.  Also, only a short 30 min drive away from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville.

The Horse Farm, located on the beautiful Gilreath Estate. Also, very private with amazing views of the 150-acre farm. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bathroom. Also, the decorated interior with southern charm and made to be the perfect place to relax. This location is available for weddings and other events at an additional cost. Are Pets Allowed?

We consider smaller, non-shedding pets. Also, MUST be pre-approved by KT Cabins. We charge a pet fee will in these cases and we must approve prior to rental. What if we discover a non-authorized pet or pets in your property? We will charge the renter a 150.00 cleaning fee per pet regardless of who the pet belongs to.  Please refer to your contract.
